We had a some pretty intense weather conditions during our recent camping trip on Kick. You see, the forecast called for some sunshine, but Mother Nature had other ideas. Apparently, she decided to throw a massive deluge right in the middle of our adventure!
Our campsite quickly turned into a swamp. {Everyaround us was soaked through and through. We tried to to stay dry, but it was a losing battle. The rain just kept coming down.
It wasn't all bad though. There was something unique about the whole experience. We huddled together in our makeshift shelter, sharing memories and making an effort stay warm.

Well friends, it's been a crazy few days here on the farm! The crops are growing like crazy, and I'm totally excited about all the {freshfoods we're going to have.
I've also been workin'/toiling/hustling hard on {someventures that I can't wait to reveal you all about soon! In the meantime, here are a bunch of {quickhighlights:
* I finally finishing up the new barn.
* The chickens/goats/cows are laying/producing/giving tons/loads/plenty of eggs/milk/cheese.
* I've been experimenting with some new recipes using all the fresh ingredients from the farm.

Rain pounded down, turning our campsite into a soggy swamp. But that didn't stop Jess! She was amped to be out here in the wild, braving the elements with a grin on her face. We pitched our tent, which squealed like a wounded animal every time a gust of wind hit it. We huddled inside, sharing snacks, the warmth of each other's company banishing the chill. Later, we watched the rain cascading on the leaves, listening to the melody of nature. This wasn't just a camping trip, it was an adventure. A true "Girl Gone Wild" moment!

Farmer girl Jess totally figured it would be a stormy day when she decided to start/kick off/launch her livestream.
